We had our wedding day on July 23rd and it was undoubtedly the best day of our lives! And that was all thanks to you � I admit I arrived quite late in the day with regard to preparations, as yourself and my mum already had everything under control. Nothing could have gone better if I’m honest. In the run up to the wedding, nothing was a problem and it was clear that you were as determined to get the day right as we were.

Throughout the evening, my guests were continuously approaching the groom and I to say that everything-from start to finish-was flawless and that we had given them inspiration for their own weddings!

From the setting, to the food, to the suppliers who were so carefully coordinated and well prepared, to the natural flow of the whole evening-I cannot thank you enough for your seemingly effortless ability to deliver the most amazing results on the most unforgettable and important day of people’s lives. This is a true talent! Most of the time, I forgot you were even there because you were stealthily pulling your strings in the background!

I know that my Mum was stressing about the menu’s early on and this continued back and forth for a while, but the food was the tastiest, most remarkable food we could have imagined-and so wonderfully presented. Not to mention the canapes, that people were raving about! There was no lack of food throughout the night and the room was full of satisfied guests.
Something that I appreciated more than anything was your calming presence on the day. It was clear that you had everything under control and there was never a need for panic. If there was a problem, you would sort it-and that is everything people look for in a wedding planner.

Again, I can’t thank you enough Melissa for everything you and your team have done. Your assistant, Eve was pivotal in the aftermath of the wedding.. tying up loose ends and we are very grateful to her for that. May you both continue to persue this career and bring happiness to all the brides and grooms (and mother of the bride’s) of the future. I wish you, your husband and Bump the very best for the future and I hope to see you again soon.

We really did have a great day on April 28th as did all of our guests. From the beginning you were so helpful. No question or query was too much for you. You always replied promptly, professionally and were so informative. You really did put me at ease considering I would not be able to visit Sunset Beach before our big day.

When we arrived in Spain it was stressful due to one of our suppliers letting us down with the mass booklets (not one of your vendors, it was one we had chosen in Ireland) you put me at ease and really did help by printing a few booklets for us and the Priest. The wedding day was so stormy but that did not dampen our day. Everything went like clockwork. Absolutely no hiccups. It was such a relief knowing you were there to manage everything. You were invaluable. Even after dinner my maid of honor needed a needle and thread and you had one to hand which was amazing. It’s like you thought of everything, even the things we didn’t know we would require. Eve was also such a great help on the day and such a lovely lady. Our guests spoke so highly of both of you and how you were on top of everything and nothing was too much for either of you. Eve even helped find one of our guests lost purse after dinner had finished.

Again, I am sorry for taking so long to send this email. Congratulations on your very exciting news. Very exciting times ahead for you both.

I cannot describe in words how much we had the most amazing day of our lives – and so did every single one of our guests and it was all down you to and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

From the moment we began planning in May 2016 and your extraordinary help with our indecisiveness, from the moment you left on Saturday evening! You were amazing!

We wouldn’t change a single thing for the whole day AT ALL and it was more than we expected!

The staff at SBC, yourself, and all of the suppliers, flowers, hair/makeup – (I cried when Pati revealed my finished look as I have never seen such amazing makeup on myself), Violins sounded lovely, Paco was brilliant and had the hardest job I imagine with many guests and opinions etc (dealing so well with our hot/stress/almost bridezilla moment in the scorching sun haha) I cant wait to see the amazing pictures that he captured so well, the DJ was a lovely man, photobooth was a huge hit, the room looked stunning with the full setup, food was out of this world and everyone commented, the food portions were massive!

We had the most amazing day and will remember this day forever and ever. We will be forever grateful for your amazing work!

Hope you are well, we would both like to say thank you so much for organising such a fantastic wedding for us! Everything was perfect from start to finish and you did such an amazing job. I know there was a bit of a mix up with the flowers but they were still beautiful and am grateful they still matched. Its quite a big thing booking one of the most special days of your life over emails and not actually having much part in all the planning but not once did i feel worried or anxious about it, i think it was quite exciting not knowing every detail. All of our guests have actually said it was the best wedding in a long time and commented also on how fantastic you were at organising everyone and making sure the day went to plan.
The setting was just absolutely beautiful and i know the photos are going to be out of this world as we were so pleased with Pierre, he seemed like he was doing such a great job and really was a lovely guy.
One last thing that i cannot thank you enough for is how quickly you were returning my emails through out all the planning, i understand how busy you are all the time but you would always find the time to reply to my emails within the same day so thank you for being so efficient!
Overall we had the best holiday/wedding/honeymoon we could of imagined and it will never be forgotten so a huge THANK YOU to all your team at the sunset beach club, we will definitely be returning in the future!

We just want to say a huge thank you for helping us plan the best day of our lives. We’re just home today and we were so sad leaving we thoroughly enjoyed the week. Thank god we still have the honey moon to look forward to. We still can’t believe the day is over. We arrived back in Ireland last night – I can’t come to terms with it all being over! We had hoped we would get to see you yesterday before we left to say thank you, but you were running around the place doing a hundred and one things (like always!).

Sorry it has taken so long to send this email. Mark & myself would just like to thank you,Bob Chloe & Arran. I honestly dunno where to start, since we booked the wedding June last year you have been great with every little detail no matter what it was. When it came to the wedding day itself you were there the whole time which meant alot. Bob & Chloe were great with the photos & video. Finally I just have to say how fantastic Arran was from singing in the church right through to end of the night. I can honestly say I will defo be recommending everyone of ye, again thanks so much for making our special day so wonderful xx

Just giving you a quick email to thank you for everything you have done for our wedding over the past year and a half. We definitely made the right decision to get married abroad and to choose you as our wedding planner you had everything planned from start to finish and gave us a list with great suppliers who all did a fantastic job I could not fault them at all. Everyone kept asking how I was so relaxed and calm on both the lead up and on the day and I wouldn’t have been able to be so if I didn’t have you working your magic in the background. You dealt so promptly and efficiently with all our queries and requests, and we’re delighted to have found you. All of the suppliers recommended by you were fantastic. It was such a comfort to have you there during our preparations and on the day itself, it ran so smoothly!

We are just back home now. Absolutely wrecked but had the best week of our lives. Everything just went so well and we had the best day ever. You were just amazing dont know how we could have done it without you!

I would like to thank you so much for all your help on our big day. It couldn’t have gone any better (even the weather turned out well). We’d also like to say a massive thank you for all your help. Everything about our day went perfectly and we couldn’t have been happier. Everyone has been congratulating us for throwing such a wonderful party, so thank you and thanks to all the hotel staff who were also wonderful.

We are all home now, depressed but with the most incredible memories!! Melissa can’t thank you enough all your hard work, care & attention organising the most amazing day we have ever had!! It was magical in every way. Luna Beach was the most perfect venue for us and it was truly special. Everything went so smoothly and effortlessly, so all credit to your unique expertise! Everyone agreed it was the best day / holiday they have ever had, which is fantastic. You even hired the moon as a surprise.. Wow!! So want to do it all again in slow motion, maybe annual vow renewals! Haha. Can’t wait to see the pics of Dawn, think I’ll probably look like Worzel Gummage though my hair all over the place!! Anyway, thanks again for making it all happen Melissa, you were brilliant – I will thoroughly recommend you to anyone that is considering a Beach Wedding in Spain, it really was beyond compare.

Good morning Melissa just back to work today ohh it was fantastic absolutly amazing thank you for all your help loved every  m inute of it and the BBQ was exellent god i cant believe its over  now im trying to get my head back to work Migual was great he really looked after us he upgraded our room to the  suite i loved loved loved the whole package , if only people realised how easy it is to get married in such an amazing setting.
Just like to send you our  whole hearted thank you to maguel the operations manager who looked after us so well and Melissa who arranged our whole wedding beautifully  to the Chef for superb food on our wedding day and the staff at sunset beach club for our amazing experence of getting married in this lovely hotel.You all do a fantasic job there helping people build wedding memories that will shine for there life time so thank you and we look forward to returning to sunset in the future.

Thank you to all of you for organizing our Wedding on July 2nd. We had a terrific day and your hard work in ensuring that every aspect of the day went without a hitch was greatly appreciated by myself and John. All our guests were full of admiration for the tremendous job you did. I must compliment  you on your list of suggested suppliers for the various items pertaining to the wedding ie hair, makeup, photography, dj, singers etc. We were delighted with the choice and even more so with those suppliers that we availed of.

Now we are back to the daily life in Norway, and look back at the wonderful adventure we had for a whole week at Sunset Beach Club. We can not thank you enough for the fantastic job you did as our wedding planner! From the start, we noticed that you were a professional. You always had an answer, everything could be arranged and you always had complete overview and control of every detail. 
The day we got married, we were able to fully relax because we completely trusted you. You were barely visible, but was constantly present and pulled the right strings at the right time. You made a dream wedding in the most beautiful setting we can imagine! Sunset Beach Club, Salitos and Luna will always have an important place in our hearts, and this is thanks to you!

The wedding planning and day was completely stress free. As a wedding package it was excellent value. The settings was stunning and in typical Costa del sol style November mid afternoon sunshine! It was a lovely service tailored to are personal preference. All are guests complement us on such a special day.

Thank god we had a great wedding planner !! worth her weight in gold. Thank you for making it run so smoothly and you’re professional advice and experience was essential to the fantastic outcome of the day. Couldn’t have done it without you. X
